Once you confirm the Notary Availability, rate, time, and location, you can then proceed by sending us your documents via email. You can encrypt the documents and lock them with a password that you can reveal over the phone then email them to info @hiremobilenotary.com (remove the space after info)
2- Make Payment Online
We will send you an electronic invoice via PayPal or Square to cover the Mobile Notary fee and any additional services you may like, you may opt for a same-day scanning, faxing, or overnight courier service. Please note that the service is per our Company’s Terms Of Service Agreement. Please review it here prior to making a payment.
3- Notary Service
We ask that you confirm the place and time of the notary as well as any special instructions to our Signing Agent. Once the service is complete, we will either drop off the material at FedEx to be mailed to you or scan it back to your email.

How Do We Make Payment For Your Service?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Company Checks, and Cash. If your office is out of State and looking to hire our Mobile Notary Signing Agent for same-day service, we can send you an electronic invoice that you can pay online via Square or PayPal. Your notary appointment won’t be confirmed until full payment is received. All Notary Payments are nonrefundable and subject to our Company’s Terms Of Agreement.
