Arabic Speaking Notary In Boston, MA?

Notarizing foreign language documents is often not an easy task! In Massachusetts, notaries are increasingly asked to notarize documents written in foreign languages, such as Arabic and French. In the Merrimack Valley, there is an increase in the Arabic-speaking population stemming from Iraq and Syria refugees. Generally, Massachusetts state laws do not expressly prohibit our personnel from notarizing a document that is not in the English language. However, depending on the circumstances, it may be inadvisable to notarize such foreign-language documents.

The risk, of course, is that the document is being misrepresented to the notary. Luckily for you, our staff is fluent in Arabic and French and can help you with the notary service
